What’s the waiting time?
On average, the waiting time for an appointment is less than 3 weeks. Sometimes we can offer short notice appointments, or sometimes it can take several weeks (for therapists with a waiting list).
After your initial consultation, our therapists will be able to determine which type of therapy will suit you best. Many of our team are trained in multiple therapies and often use an “integrative” approach. This is where we use a combination of therapies to help you. The number of therapy sessions you may need is largely down to the individual. After your initial consultation, your psychologist will recommend a number of appointments they believe you will benefit from. However, you can choose to have less or more appointments should you wish

Payments
We request that payment is made by bank transfer a minimum of 48 hours before each session. For those who are funded via insurance, we will invoice them directly if this option is available. It’s really important that you attend sessions in order to give you the best chance of progressing. If you need to cancel a session, you may do so as long as you give at least 48 hours notice.
The full fee for the session will still be payable for sessions missed or cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time. For those funded by insurance, cancellation fees will not be covered and so you will be liable for these personally.
